It's so amazing that the Simply Fit Board - a little piece of exercise equipment, really makes a huge difference! It may be small, but don't be fooled! It is sturdy, and really gets the job done, by using the big muscles and core muscles of your body. And it is so much fun! You can work out to music or your favorite TV show. It just works!! I love the fact that you can take it anywhere and use it any time! Very Happy with this Fit Board
I am actually surprised that I like this as much board as I do. I have purchased my share of exercise equipment that I never used, like I thought I would. This has been fun to use. It is easy to get the hang of. Easy to store in between workouts. I am 54 and have put this to good use. I have added into an already established elliptical and light weight workout. I felt soreness the very next day letting me know that it is working some different muscles. It's fun to use. You can hold on with one hand for balance until you get the hang of it. Fun and neat
