NCIS LA deserves a time slot that isn’t constantly being delayed. I should be on after NCIS just like Chicago One on Wednesdays. Move FBI to Sunday night.
I completely agree. My OCD may be showing, but I think that all the NCIS shows should be grouped together.
I agree. I like One Chicago Wednesday and I’d love to see NCIS Tuesday.
I agree Tuesday nights should be NCIS
I agree wholeheartedly!
I agree….
Yeah, if they did a AIO NCIS night they would probably do better tbh.
Agreed.
I have to set the dvr to end an hour later in case I’m not around to see if it’s delayed that day
I totally agree
I agree even though NCIS LA is the only one I want religiously. I mostly catch NCIS NO from streaming the next day and haven’t watch NCIS for many years, but will be catching S17 season premiere.
Thing is LA does well for CBS on Sundays.
I agree!!!
Problem is all the NCIS shows are essentially the same show whereas the Chicago shows are different. 3 of the same show in a row is BORING!
I agree!!!!!!
Goodness gracious, it’s not even summer yet, LOL!!!
yup
Hah, I don’t know if anyone’s ever pointed this out before, but new shows are in all caps, unless the entire title is an acronym, in which case it probably isn’t new ;)
Why did they cancel Life In Pieces? It had decent viewing numbers. It was intelligent and cute. It was quirky. It wasn’t salacious or stupid.
It was the way cbs treated this last season with little promotion
Less profit probably. Not a CBS production. Was Warner Bros. Sadly.
I hate that MacGyver is held for mid season. I need more team Mac in my life
I am sure Magnum will be cancelled, I hope it pulls in 0.4
Strange. There is absolutely nothing on CBS’ schedule that I watch or want to watch until Macgyver comes back other than NFL which I watch on Redzone channel. Even MacGyver is not the same since Jack left. I did love Person of Interest and Scorpion though. Bought the complete series on HD iTunes.
Aside from Thursday night, its all OLD people shows, that’s why its become the lower demo’d network.
Now an old wives tale. CBS was No. 2 in the demo this past TV season.
Thank you Matt! Out-dated, incorrect perceptions die hard, don’t they?
Jay Joyce I agree I miss Jack too Stopped watching after he left.
Does mid season placement of MacGyver spell trouble for the series? I hope not! Friday nights at 7 would be tough for most any show. What night will it land when it returns?
Amazing. Only 1 show I would watch. All broad and uninteresting. I guess thats most network tv.
I’ll try Evil, but with Elementary wrapping up I think I’m prolly well done with CBS’s non-streaming stuff. Most of this is yarg or yawn, tbh, esp with their keeping on of really gross leading men.
I think people are about done with Network TV.
Personally, I would love it if the Emmys would stick to broadcast network (non-HBO; Showtime; Cinemax; Starz; Netflix; Hulu; etc.) shows like they used to. Not everyone can afford to pay for their television and, thereby can not watch these “highly rated shows,” which are “highly rated” simply due to less restrictions on what they can broadcast. But, I guess excessive cursing/nudity/violence/sexual situations is what Mid-America really craves. JMHO.
I wonder if Young Sheldon will make it without the Big Bang Theory as a lead in?
It’s already been renewed for 2 seasons.
I will definitely be watching until the end. A worthy spin-off that has established its own unique presence. I personally love it.
I am just hoping they end it before Young Sheldon is 14. I know what happens to George but I don’t want to watch it play out.
60 Minutes
FBI
SEAL Team
SWAT
Happy Together is such a good show. BIG MISTAKE to cancel that!!!
Nothing exciting on the new schedule, looks same old stale sitcoms
I can’t believe this is it for LIP.
Much as what I would have guessed. It seems to be a trend for most networks to premiere shows the last week of September.
That is the week the new TV season starts every year, has been that way for a long time.
What happened to MacGyver?
Being held back for midseason
I thought we saw the schedule already?
These are the dates. –Mgmt.
I guess the dates and times as mentioned are for the USA. Any idea when they’ll start showing in South Africa? I’m referring specifically to Hawaii 5 O and FBI.
I watch all the NCIS shows and also wish they were on together. I also watch FBI, Madam Secretary, Seal Team, SWAT, Hawaii 50 and Blue Bloods. I’m not a fan of re-boots. I have no problem with Alex O’Loughlin as McGarrett in the reboot of 50, but I know I’m showing my age when I say there is only one Macgyver (Richard Dean Anderson) and one Magnum (Tom Selleck). I can’t relate to anyone else in those roles.
I agree
Difficult to replace RDA and Selleck
I think CBS should have a reunion with Ziva and Tony. I believe that would be the greatest thing ever on television.
I also think all of the NCIS show’s should be on together on Tuesday like Chicago is on Wednesday.
OMG October 6 Cannot get here soon enough !!!
The Big Bang Theory wasn’t cancelled
Waiting for Instinct’s premiere date.. not listed.. great show…

So i guess there is still no news about celebrity big brother season 3?
No decision has been made on future CBB editions.
Losing elementary hurts. I have been a Holmes fan since I was a kid and fought this show on principle. One episode and I had to binge watch an entire season. It’s smart, edgy and brilliantly acted. What a loss.
I really liked the show, I too am a lifetime Holmes fan. I have to admit though, it seems the time is right for it to end, while it is still good. I like that they gave them one more season to do it up right.
I liked Murphy Brown. It should have had a longer run.
