Rather than spending her time in the gym, Elizabeth's fitness philosophy is all about staying active in her daily life. "I don’t work out, per se, but I am very active," she said. "I do a lot of exercise, but it’s really the gardening... cutting down a hedge, using my chainsaw to cut down a tree, logging, all of that stuff I do," she told Extra.

And another way she gets her body moving is with biking.

But she's not totally anti-gym. She told The Cut that she like to take yoga and Pilates, too.

“I do the occasional yoga or Pilates class, but mostly it’s just self-exercise at home," Elizabeth explains. "I might do some stomach exercises or some bottom or arm exercises, but because I trained for a dancer when I was young, I sort of know all the exercises. I find it very hard for my schedule to regularly go anywhere else. It works very well for me.”

Elizabeth also like to garden, and it's one way she is able to eat a healthy diet. "All through summer we eat fruit and vegetables from my own garden. I used to have a small organic farm, and all the meat my son ate was from the farm," she told The Cut. "Obviously that’s not possible for most people, but supporting local farmers wherever you live is a good thing."

And she does her best to stay away from processed foods. "I like simple, natural, easy food. I don’t really like food with a lot of chemicals or additives," Elizabeth also told The Cut.

Another important note here: Elizabeth likes to hit up the Austrian health resort VIVAMAYR Maria Wörth when she needs a reset. "I learned to sit still, put my phone down, and enjoy my food. My digestion has improved since I followed that advice," she shared with Women's Health.

Keep it up, Elizabeth!
