Does The Godfather: Part II have the best final scene in Hollywood history?

Peter Bradshaw said The Godfather: Part II "has the greatest single final scene in Hollywood history". Is there a better Hollywood ending? Can we judge such matters without considering other countries' films? (In which case I'd nominate Les Diaboliques.)
