Rigatoni Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 16 ounces ground beef
  • 2 cans peeled tomatoes
  • 2 1/2 cups rigatoni pasta, cooked
  • 1 1/3 cups mozzarella cheese
  • basil leaves
  • salt
  • black pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 390°F.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, and brown the onion and garlic.
