Welcome! My name is Kristine Guerra and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. I have over 20 years of experience working with children and families in various settings. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and families on a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, parenting, trauma, life stressors, transitions, grief and loss, as well as relationship issues. I am passionate about helping my clients find hope, discovering, and utilizing their strengths to develop the skills and tools to make positive changes towards living their best life.
I work collaboratively with my clients to help them develop awareness of how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other, learn how to cope with and manage stressors, as well as improve the quality of their relationships with others. I truly enjoy helping clients rediscover what they really want for themselves and set realistic goals to get there.
