Johnny Depp has undergone a physical transformation that has left his fans shocked and confused.
The famous actor has had a complete makeover in the lead-up to his 61st birthday, after looking very bohemian earlier in 2024, as many fans have come to expect him over the years.
He is currently directing a new film called Modi in Turin, Italy, which is all about the artist Modigliani.
Depp has been pictured on set wearing a rasta beanie, a camo jacket and a Che Guevara patch. His hair was also well over shoulder length, suggesting it hadn't been touched for a long time.
He has changed since that sighting, with Depp arriving on Monday for the small UK premiere of a film called Jeanne Du Barry. He looked to have lost a lot of weight and was wearing a slim-fitting Dior suit with freshly cut short hair.

Friends of the Hollywood star, who turns 61 in June, said to the Daily Mail that he has been living in London for a period and that the city is suiting him.
One says: "He's been living in the UK while editing Modi, and has been living a cleaner lifestyle than at times in the past."
It is believed that he cut his hair around two weeks ago in preparation for his latest Dior advertising campaign, as he is the face of their best-selling fragrance, Sauvage.
Depp is going to be playing Louis XV in Jeanes Du Barry and will be speaking French, and he has called the film his 'comeback'.
Asked whether he felt 'boycotted by Hollywood' following domestic abuse allegations made against him by his ex-wife Amber Heard, he said her claims were 'just vowels and consonants floating in the air.'
"It's almost like I need to comeback and do a tap dance and dance my best for you guys, and hope you approve," he said.
"I didn't come back from anywhere," he added. "I didn't go anywhere."
