Target is a good retailer to keep tabs on for anyone who likes to score the occasional deal. The retailer runs weekly deals that reset each Sunday, as well as daily deals and limited-time sales, some of which require a Target Circle account to access. If you’re wondering what’s worth buying at Target today, you’ve come to the right place.
Below, we’re tracking the best deals available at the red bullseye retailer. And if you’re wondering about the benefits of Target Circle or having a RedCard, keep on scrolling, because we’ve got answers further down the page.
LG C3 4K OLED TVs are 20% Off
If you're in the market for a new TV, whether for The Big Game, streaming movies, or spinning up 4K UHD Blu-rays, this is a fantastic choice. In fact, this is our number one pick for best TV for gaming. It has all the features you need to get the most out of your PS5 or Xbox Series X. It's a killer TV, and this is a great deal.
Xbox Elite Core Wireless Controller (Red) for $96
The basic Xbox controller that comes with the Series X and S is the best controller I’ve ever used. This elite core version of the controller adds extra functionality, like adjustable tension thumbsticks, a wrap-around rubberized grip, and hair triggers for quicker kills in online games. And with this deal, it doesn’t cost much more than a standard controller anyway.
TurboTax 2023 Deluxe Federal and State Tax Software is 21% Off
I'm not going to pretend taking advantage of this deal will lead to some incredibly fun experience. Doing your taxes is always a chore. But with this streamlined software, you can at least make it a lot easier on yourself. Just enter in the numbers from your tax forms, and the software does the math and even submits the paperwork electronically to Uncle Sam. Then you can get your return in a quick and easy direct deposit. Better yet, if you use TurboTax (or even H&R Block) software next year, all of your data will be pre-populated, saving you time in the future.
Switch Joy-Con 4-in-1 Charger
There's literally nothing worse than gearing up to play couch co-op with a friend, handing them a Joy-Con, and discovering that its battery is dead. With this 4-in-1 charger, instead of tossing your Joy-Con on the coffee table between gaming sessions, you can lock them in here to charge, making the problem go away forever.
Sony Pulse Explore Wireless Earbuds for PS5 Are in Stock
This isn’t a deal per se, but these earbuds are sold out nearly everywhere else. So if you’ve been trying to get your hands on a pair of Sony’s Pulse Explore earbuds for PS5, this is your chance. Grab them if you want them, because they might not be available for long. Check out our Pulse Explore Wireless Earbuds review for more info.
Beats Studio Pro Bluetooth Wireless Headphones for $299
If you're more of an over-the-ear headphone type of person, here's a great option. You can pick up a pair of classy and stylish Beats Studio Pros for $50 off right now at Target. The sound quality is phenomenal and they look pretty nice as well.
Roku Streaming Stick 4K
Most TVs sold these days are smart TVs. But what if the smart features aren’t up to snuff? What if they’re painfully slow to load? And what if you have an older TV that works fine but doesn’t have smart features? In either case, you can plug in this 4K Roku Streaming Stick to make any TV a modern, fast smart TV, with Netflix, Disney+, Apple TV+, and all the other streaming services you need to get by in the modern TV landscape.
What is Target Circle?
Target Circle is the retailer’s rewards program. The biggest thing it does is grant you access to special discounts and sales that run pretty often both in store and online. Note that you may have to click a button to trigger the discount for online Target Circle sales. Target Circle members also get 1% earnings on purchases that you can redeem later, plus 5% off a single purchase for their birthday. You can sign up and learn more about the program here.
What is Target RedCard?
RedCard is a card that’s issued by Target. It comes in three formats: credit card, debit card, and reloadable account. Some of the features will depend on which one you get, but they all offer the same basic features. These include saving 5% at Target in store and online, free two-day shipping from Target.com, access to special items and offers, and an additional 30 days for returns and exchanges.
Basically, if you shop at Target regularly, getting a RedCard is a good idea. There are no annual or monthly fees, and it saves you money each time you use it. Getting access to exclusive sales and deals is a pretty nice bonus as well. You can find more details, and apply for a RedCard, here.
