Whipped Mascarpone

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Directions

  1. Place cream, mascarpone, and sugar in a medium bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. Chill until ready to serve, up to 2 hours.
