Bayern Munich announced on Friday morning that Franck Ribery underwent a "minor operation" on Thursday evening to repair a burst blood vessel in his buttock. He'll remain in the hospital until Sunday and will be evaluated at that time. The surgery will obviously keep him out of the Nürnberg match on Saturday, and it's not known yet exactly when he'll return to the squad.
