Courtney Salati has nearly 20 years of Human Resources and Talent Management Leadership & consulting experience with highly matrixed, global companies such as General Electric, Ingersoll Rand, and Roche.
Courtney led Talent Management for a $2B+ organization and lived abroad for an assignment rolling out Talent Management Strategy, Tools and Processes to 13 different European country P&Ls. Courtney’s work has spanned 20+ countries across a variety of industries including consumer products, healthcare, financial, manufacturing, advertising, pharmaceuticals, diversified industrials, not-for-profits, government contracting and other consulting agencies.
Courtney is a graduate of GE’s HR Leadership Program, is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified, and has served as an adjunct instructor in the MBA Program at Butler University. Courtney holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Purdue University.
Courtney is certified in Gallup StrengthsFinder®, Total SDI®, Hogan Suite of Assessments™, and Personnel Decisions International PROFILOR® 360.
