Welp. If you're on any type of time constraint be sure to avoid this target. I love the location but I had to go in for a few specific things and when I went to get a few make up items: all are under lock and key and no one was around to help. I understand theft concerns but not only was this frustrating, it was uncomfortable. I saw this for basic necessities too so a quick trip is no longer an option because you have to find a human to unlock the cases for a deodorant. It's weird. Customer service was also poor and dismissive which I assume is now company culture? Don't know but the experience does not align with their marketing. Heading to a department store or Sephora for make up from now on. :(

You have to ask for help and they never have available help so you end up carrying it all down. Parking and cell phone reception suck and you get charged for parking. They need to rework a few things here to make it a go to target. Bummer.

To shop here takes 2x as long as other stores because lots of isles are locked up behind glass, and you have to flag down an employee to get a simple shampoo bottle, for example. This is probably due to all the transients in this area and their shoplifting habits. Oh and in addition, their "validation" isn't free parking, only discounts it. So you get the privilege of paying $6-12 extra on top of your shopping! How ridiculous is California becoming?!

This is our go to target since it's so close and it's always been pretty clean and organized with not too many people even on the weekends which is always nice! They even have a Starbucks that seems to be adequately staffed and efficiently operated.
Overall, no complaints with this location, they should keep doing what they're doingHelpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - 4806194513857May 31, 2023
The Store: Very busy location especially during weekends.
The Parking: They do validate parking but not full amount. Also, the parking structure Is kind of far from the store.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 6Oh no 1 - May 12, 2023
I only go to this location if I am shopping for other stuff (i.e. bath, and Bodyworks or Nordstrom's rack) and/or in the area and just need a few things.
This is not a good Target to do bulk shopping due to it's confusing and far away parking situation. I've also seen more homeless people wandering the aisles of this Target than any other location in LA proper.
As far as merchandise goes, this location has a great assortment of anything you may need for your home or for yourself! It's usually pretty clean too. I could not believe I had to wave my hand in front of a sensor today to get a store employee to open a case so I could buy toothpaste though. Sad!!!! Just another thing I'll add to my Amazon orders...Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - JK W.West Hills, Los Angeles, CA051Jan 15, 2024
Not at all surprised over the rating here. The place is a mess. The store does not look very clean, the people working here are not friendly. Walked out and there was homeless people out front. Zero security here. Sure they have a huge selection of things and good prices, but there's better places to go to

Great location. As a card holder and frequent Target shopper, I've been to so many especially in Los Angeles and have to say this is one of my faves .
Staff is friendly and personable unlike other ones and they always have what I need.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Hector D.Los Angeles, CA341Nov 11, 2023
Horrible service. I was checking the line for self check out and a lady cut in line in front of me I didn't say anything just kept going to check the stalls to see if there was one available. When an employee saw both of us checking they asked if we were together we weren't and I said so and then I was told if I'm in a rush I can just go to the last stall. Yes thank you I was in a rush but the other person is the one the cut infront of me. The employee should have made any comment. And definitely should have called me rude. I did nothing wrong. And even so the other person even said for me to go first but I was still called rude? Like wtf. Horrible employee and horrible customer service. I'm positive the employees are not told to make those type of comments about the customers. Calling them names.
