The workers are understaffed and they are running around trying so hard to keep up. They need to hire more workers and instead they have a security guy at the door now who just stares but does nothing. The employees are doing the best they can, but the management is bad.

A nice location with a good selection of men's graphic shirts and a new and improved selection of books and novel section, and good supplies for writing pads and pencils.

Why did this need to be 3 bags? All food items could have been 1 bag and cleaning spray in another. Ridiculous. It's not even like the dog cookies and spray are in the same area... they're opposite sides of the freakin store!
Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jul 12, 2022Previous reviewThis is for drive up service. I've never had an issue with how they bag, until today!
I pulled up and got my bags very quickly as I typically do. When I got home I noticed the bread was smooshed in with the chemicals... why? Then I looked in the other bag and saw the tortillas. I'm confused, why couldn't the bread be placed on top of the tortillas. I mean, that only makes sense.
When I got inside to put my items away, I noticed majority of the food items were in with the chemicals and another cleaning product was wrapped in a bag under the tortillas. First off, you could have saved a bag by putting the cleaning product under the tortillas in with the other cleaning products, you know, chemicals with chemicals! Then put all the other food products in the bag with the tortillas and placed the bread on top.
Baggers, remember, you're not bagging your stuff. If you don't care what goes in what bag, then so be it; but you're bagging groceries for other people. A little thought goes a very long w - Peter M.Honolulu, HI4126236Sep 18, 2021
This was our "go-to" at getting our child situated for college, we were here from the ending of 8/21, a few of our orders was messed up from target.com, but that's not the stores fault.
Store was clean and stock was well maintained, employees were very friendly and helpful. Their restrooms were out of service but they did have a secured restroom outside which was well maintained.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Eric K.Kent, WA1358Aug 28, 2022
This is the second time they've canceled in order for me. The problem this time is a place the order about two hours later I went and picked up a couple items in store and saw a pallet of the water that I had ordered. Two days later the order was canceled. This is just laziness. I understand it's hard to get help nowadays but if you can't fulfill your order then just don't offer it.

Sometimes this location gets super busy. Have nothing negative to say other than if you plan to do order pickup for food items, CHECK THE DATES ON THE PRODUCT. Twice this past month (March 2023) have I received items from two separate orders with items over 4 months past the Best By date. One of them was literally date for October 2022. I don't care if it's different than an expiration date and technically "still safe to eat", I'd rather have my products I spent money on be at its most fresh or at its best. Especially when these items include flavored superfood powders.

This location is in need of some serious shopping cart maintenance because the first three carts I used squeaked or had wheels that didn't go straight. This really diminished my shopping experience

Drive up still sucks... I have not been able to get a hold of anyone on the phone and my drive up orders have been taking TWO DAYS for it to say it's ready for pickup the last few weeks I've been using their services.
Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jun 13, 2020Previous reviewDrive up and go kinda sucks. It's a hit or miss. Most of the time a miss. I'm always missing items and when I tell them (even when I'm still in the parking lot), the guys tell me I need to go in because they "gave me everything I ordered and the item I'm saying is missing was never on my order." Even though I show them my barcode with the purchased items. It's always a hassle. With the whole COVID throng going on, I've had to walk into the store multiple times for their mistakes and in the end I was always right about missing stuff.... I'm high risk and so are my children so it's very frustrating being told I'm wrong and need to go fix the issue myself because they obviously can't do their damn job. I've constantly had to report on my app that I'm missing things when I don't check until I get home and most of the time I don't get refunded because I "should've noticed when they loaded my car with the stuff." Good customer service skills target! I do have to say all of the employees I've met at checkouts before COVID, are very friendly though.

*Keep in mind I was window shopping*
While the store it self was very neat, tidy, and organized as you would expect from most Target stores.
There was one area that was seriously lacking and that was the Men's restroom. When I first walked in, the disabled stall was closed, and was taped shut which does not bode well with me let alone with anyone who needs that stall.
When I went to wash my hands, one sink had the soap dispenser missing, the next one had no soap, and the next one had soap but almost fell off the wall.
To add insult to injury, the first paper towel dispenser either did not work or was missing paper. The second one I could not pull a towel without ripping paper and when I used the knob it barely worked.
So, I used my clothes to dry my hands and was going to go use some hand sanitizer since the bathroom definitely was an issue in general let alone in a pandemic and I could not find any dispenser...
Don't think I will be going to this store again if they don't keep their restrooms clean.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Nicholas R.Puyallup, WA213144Aug 20, 2020Updated review
Been coming here for two years. Parking has always been terrible even when there's almost no customers. I rolled up at 6:38am today and they open at 7. All the premium parking spots up front taken by employees......really?! That's completely unprofessional. Every place I've ever worked we would be reprimanded for that.

That thing My daughter bought DID NOT WORK. When I went to go return it the person behind the counter said, "we normally don't return things that are open". I said, "how would I know it doesn't work unless I open it?" This is bull. They finally gave me in store credit which is fine. To hear a big fat NO like we were criminals is crap. You're the ones sell things that don't work.
