Very unprofessional costumer service and very cheap insurance I can't believe this it is been two weeks that I am trying to get a hold of adjuster but she's not
responding to my email, Voicmail and my calls. Her name is Leoneli Barba, costumer service provide me this name as a adjuster for my car regarding the accident, but she is super unprofessional and I am so upset that why the h I pay them the whole year for noting this is why people need to stop paying them because if someday you need coverage from them they will be gone! Sometimes they put you on hold for 20 min and then they hang up on you. Very stressful.

I needed business insurance quick. My previous out of town carrier wanted to charge me extra on renewal because of the looting in San Leandro in 2020.
