İnci Pastanesi

This is a small pâtisserie on the Asian side that we found while wandering through the area. They sell a range of Turkish doughnuts, cookies, and cakes but don't offer seating. Although we did not have a common language, the man who helped me was very friendly about my irregular order of one of half a dozen different types of sweets. He also gave me a free sample of one type of sweet that I hadn't chosen. Unfortunately I didn't learn the names of anything I bought, so I still don't know what we tasted, but it was all rather interesting. Nothing was so amazing that I felt I absolutely had to figure out what it was called so that I could look up a recipe later. It was quite affordable. Stop by if you happen to be in the area, but certainly don't make a trip just to visit the shop.
