Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Parkieren von Fahrzeugen unter einer Wasseroberfläche, insbesondere unter der Wasseroberfläche eines Binnensees.
- Es ist bekannt, in ein für die Bauzeit trockengelegtes Flussbett in an sich bekannter Beton-Bauweise ein Parkhaus anzuordnen und nach Beendigung der Bauzeit den natürlichen Lauf des Flusses wieder frei zugeben.
- Das Problem der Schaffung von Parkmöglichkeiten, insbesondere von Parkmöglichkeiten in sogenannten, städtischen Ballungsgebieten ist allgemein bekannt. Die Lösung des Problems mittels herkömmlicher Parkhäuser oder Tiefgaragen scheitert oftmals an der Baugrundbereitstellung sowie an den komplizierten Baubewilligungsverfahren und letztendlich auch aus Gründen der relativ hohen Baukosten.
- Der Erfindung liegt somit die Aufgabe zugrunde, für örtlich an einem Binnensee oder an einem entsprechenden Fluss gelegene Städte zur Lösung des Parkproblems eine weitere Möglichkeit zum Parkieren von Fahrzeugen zu schaffen.
- Erfindungsgemäss wird diese Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, dass die Park-Einrichtung ein unter der Wasseroberfläche stationierbarer, schiffskörperartig ausgebildeter und mit mindestens einer Parkebene versehener Grossraum-Container ist, an welchem mindestens ein mit dem See- oder Flussufer in Verbindung stehender, zur Fahrzeug- und Personenbeförderung röhrenartig ausgebildeter Tunnel angeordnet, beispielsweise angeflanscht ist.
- Weitere, zweckmässige Ausgestaltungen und Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der folgenden Beschreibung in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung und den einzelnen Patentansprüchen.
- Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der Zeichnung beschrieben. Es zeigt:
- Fig. 1 eine schematisch in Seitenansicht dargestellte Einrichtung zum Parkieren von Fahrzeugen unter einer Wasseroberfläche,
- Fig. 2 die in grösserem Massstab und in Schnittansicht dargestellte Einrichtung gemäss Fig. 1,
- Fig. 3 die in Draufsicht und im Schnitt dargestellte Einrichtung gemäss Fig.2, und
- Fig. 4 eine in grösserem Massstab und im Schnitt gemäss der Linie IV-IV in Fig.3 dargestellte Seitenansicht der Einrichtung.
- In Fig. 1 ist zur Verdeutlichung der Erfindung und als allgemeine Übersicht eine in Seitenansicht und in ihrer Gesamtheit mit 50 bezeichnete Einrichtung zum Parkieren von Fahrzeugen, vorzugsweise von Personenfahrzeugen unterhalb einer Wasseroberfläche dargestellt und man erkennt im Profilquerschnitt die topographische Struktur eines Ufers, beispielsweise eines Binnensee-Ufers. Bei dieser topographischen Struktur ist mit 1 im wesentlichen der natürlich gewachsene Grund des Sees, mit 2 die Oberfläche des Grundes, mit 3 das Wasser und mit 4 die Wasserspiegel-Oberfläche bezeichnet. Die an sich mobile Park-Einrichtung 50 wird am Bestimmungsort, vorzugsweise im Bereich einer topographisch der Zu- und Abfahrt 55,60 entsprechenden Uferstelle in bezuf auf die Wasseroberfläche in entsprechender Tiefe stationiert, dass heisst, örtlich mit geeigneten Mitteln 25,25′ und 26,26′ gelagert, beispielsweise schwimmend gelagert. Zur Stabilisierung der örtlichen Lage sind oben auf der Park-Einrichtung 50 in entsprechend vorgesehenen, vorzugsweise in Längs- und Querrichtung unterteilten Becken Gewichtselemente 70,70′ angeordnet. Als Gewichtselemente können hierbei Stahlbeton-Fertigteile, Stein-Geröll oder dergleichen verwendet werden. Die einzelnen, in Fig.2 in der Anzahl nur zum Teil dargestellten Becken 29′ ,30′ ,31′ ,32′ und 33′ für die einzelnen Gewichtselemente (in Fig.2 nicht bezeichnet), werden in Längsrichtung durch Stege 28,28′ ,28˝ (Fig.1) und in Querrichtung durch Stege 29,30,31,32,33 und 34 (Fig.2) gebildet.
- Fig.2 zeigt in grösserem Massstab und in Schnittansicht die beispielsweise als Schiffskörper oder Grossraum-Container ausgebildete Park-Einrichtung 50, welche einen Boden 45, zwei in Längsrichtung orientierte, vertikale Aussen- oder Seitenwände 40,40′ und zwei etwa in Querrichtung orientierte, vertikale Stirnwände 35,35′ umfasst. An der der Wasseroberfläche 4 zugewandten Seite ist die Park-Einrichtung 50 mittels einer etwa parallel zum Boden 45 angeordneten, sich über die gesamte Länge und Breite erstreckenden Abdeckung 45′ verschlossen. Die im wesentlichen schiffkörperartig ausgebildete Park-Einrichtung 50 hat einen durch die Aussenwände 40,40′ und 35,35′ sowie durch den Boden 45 und durch die Abdeckung 45′ gebildeten Hohlraum (nicht näher bezeichnet), welcher wie in Fig.2 dargestellt, mittels Zwischenböden 46,47 und 48 in sogenannte Parkebenen, im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel in drei Parkebenen A,B und C unterteilt ist. Zwischen dem unteren Boden 45 und dem Zwischenboden 48 ist zur Stützung der Schwimmfähigkeit der gesamten Park-Einrichtung 50 ein weite rer Hohlraum D vorgesehen.
- Fig.3 zeigt die Park-Einrichtung 50 im Schnitt und in Draufsicht mit der beispielsweise in eine Vielzahl Parkplätze (nicht bezeichnet) unterteilten Parkebene A und man erkennt die Seitenwände 40,40′ , die Stirn- und Rückwand 35,35′ sowie eine in Längsrichtung orientierte Zwischenwand 41. Die zu beiden Seiten, im Abstand zu den beiden Wänden 35,35′ angeordnete Zwischenwand 41 kann jeweils als Einzelelement (nicht näher dargestellt) zwischen den einzelnen Böden 45′ ,46,47,48 und 45 oder aber, wie in Fig.4 schematisch dargestellt, als eine vom Boden 45 bis zur Abdeckung 45′ reichende, durchgehende Zwischenwand 41 ausgebildet sein. An den Innenseiten der Seitenwände 40,40′ sowie an beiden Seiten der Zwischenwand 41 sind weiterhin im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Versteifungselemente 10,10′ ,10˝;11,11′ ,11˝;12,12′ ,12˝ und 13,13′ ,13˝ vorgesehen. Aussen an den in Längsrichtung orientierten Seitenwänden 40,40′ sind jeweils mindestens zwei in entsprechendem Abstand zueinander angeordnete, säulenartig ausgebildete Hub- und Senkvorrichtungen 25,25′ und 26,26′ angeordnet, mittels welchen die gesamte Park-Einrichtung 50 einerseits bei der Montage den örtlichen, topographischen Verhältnissen und andererseits im Betrieb bei etwaigen durch unterschiedliche Belastungen auftretenden Lageänderungen horizontiert werden kann. Die Hub- und Senkvorrichtungen 25,25′ und 26,26′ werden vorzugsweise einzeln, von entsprechend angeordneten und mit den Hub- und Senkvorrichtungen in Wirkverbindung stehenden Sensoren (nicht dargestellt) zum Horizontieren der Park-Einrichtung 50 entsprechend gesteuert und betätigt.
- Weiterhin erkennt man in Fig.3 mit 20 und 20′ bezeichnete, die einzelnen Parkebenen A,B und C miteinander verbindende Treppen (Auf- und Abgänge) für Fussgänger sowie auf der dem Ufer zugewandten Seitenwand 40 einen mit 55 bezeichneten Tunnel für die Zufahrt zur Park-Einrichtung 50 in Pfeilrichtung 55′ und im Abstand dazu angeordnet einen mit 60 bezeich neten Tunnel für die Ausfahrt der Fahrzeuge in Pfeilrichtung 60′.
- In jeder Parkebene ist ferner mindestens eine Toiletten-Einrichtung 15,15′ vorgesehen. Bei einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Park-Einrichtung 50 können in den einzelnen Wänden 35,35′ und/oder 40,40′ im Abstand zueinander angeordnete Fenster, vorzugsweise wie im Schiffsbau an sich bekannte Bullaugen-Fenster 36,46 mit entsprechend zugeordneten Unterwasser-Beleuchtungsvorrichtungen 37,47 vorgesehen sein.
- An dieser Stelle sei darauf hingewiesen, dass in Fig.2 und Fig.3 zur besseren Übersicht im wesentlichen die beiden Endbereiche der Park-Einrichtung 50 ohne dem etwa mit gleicher Aufteilung versehenen Mittelstück dargestellt sind. Die realen Abmessungen der Park-Einrichtung 50 liegen hinsichtlich der Länge in der Grössenordnung bei 120 m, in der Breite bei ca.35 m und in der Höhe bei ca.12,5 m. Eine in den genannten Parkebenen A,B und C unterteilte und mit den vorstehend aufgeführten Abmessungen ausgebildete Park-Einrichtung 50 umfasst etwa 480 Parkplätze. Die Zu- und Abfahrt zu den einzelnen Parkebenen A,B und C erfolgt in an sich bekannter Weise, wie beispielsweise bei oberirdisch angelegten Parkhäusern.
- Fig.4 zeigt in grösserem Massstab und im Schnitt gemäss der Linie IV-IV in Fig.3 die etwa im Profilquerschnitt dargestellte Park-Einrichtung 50 und man erkennt die seitliche angeordneten Stützvorrichtungen 25 und 26, die im wesentlichen durch die einzelnen Böden 45,45′ ,46,47,48 getrennten Parkebenen A,B und C mit dem Zwischenraum D sowie den aussenseitig an der Seitenwand 40 mit nicht näher dargestellten Mitteln abgedichtet angeflanschten Tunnel 60. Der teilweise versetzt dargestellte Tunnel 60 ist vorzugsweise als zylindrische Röhre ausgebildet und durch einen Zwischenboden 61 im wesentlichen in eine Fahrzeugebene 62 und eine Fussgängerebene 63 unterteilt. Weiterhin erkennt man in Fig.4 im Tunnel 60 angeordnete Rohre 64,64′ oder dergleichen, welche in nicht dargestellter Weise in die Park-Einrichtung 50 geführt und für eine Energie- und Frischluftzufuhr sowie zur Entsorgung von Abgasen oder dergleichen vorgesehen sind. Der in Fig.4 nicht dargestellte Tunnel 55 ist vorzugsweise analog dem Tunnel 60 ausgebildet.
- Die vorstehend beschriebene Park-Einrichtung 50 kann beispielsweise wie ein Schiffkörper aus Stahl oder aber aus Stahlbeton-Fertigteilen industriell hergestellt und anschliessend an sein Ziel transportiert, vorzugsweise schwimmend zum Bestimmungsort geschleppt werden. Am Bestimmungsort wird die Einrichtung geflutet, so dass sich die Einrichtung aufgrund des Eigengewichts und des Gewichts der aufgenommenen Wassermassen auf eine die Schifffahrt nicht beeinflussende Tiefe, beispielsweise auf etwa 10 m unter dem Wasserspiegel absenkt. Hierbei werden die auf der dem Grund zugewandten Seite entsprechend ausgebildeten Hub- und Senkvorrichtungen 25,25′ und 26,26′ entsprechend tief in den Grund gebohrt oder gepresst. Anschliessend werden die beiden Tunnel 55 und 60 montiert, danach die erforderlichen Gewichtselemente 70,70′ aufgebracht, anschliessend das Wasser abgepumpt und letztendlich wird die Park-Einrichtung 50 mittels der hydraulischen Hub- und Senkvorrichtungen 25,25′ und 26,26′ in die erforderliche horizontale Lage gebracht. Die Park-Einrichtung 50 ist nicht örtlich gebunden und kann ohne besonderen Aufwand bei Bedarf auch an einer anderen Uferstelle installiert werden. Bei einer nicht dargestellten Variante besteht die Möglichkeit, zur Abstützung der die Park-Einrichtung 50 tragenden Hub- und Senkvorrichtungen 25,25′ und 26,26′ auf entsprechend angeordneten und in den Seegrund eingelassenen Fundamenten abzustellen und zu montieren. Bei einem allfälligen Standortwechsel der Park-Einrichtung 50 würden die Fundamente an Ort und Stelle verbleiben.
